Easter with the grandbabies.

It was too cold to go outside and Hannah and her mom and brother had to miss church because she has been/is sick, so Grani and I went to their house for supper. We had a fun time picking up eggs. Benjamin is still a little too young to participate.

Hannah spent the day at Grani and Papa's house while Mommy and Daddy drove to Menphis to pick up baby brother.

Papa brought in the slide from the backyard! It was so much fun!

Now it's time for bed. Hannah is spending the night. She will meet her brother in the morning.

The Duck Game

The duck game is a whole lot of fun! The ducks go round and round in the pond and you take turns picking up a duck and if the color on the bottom of the duck matches your card then you put the duck on your card. Otherwise, you put it back in the pond. Try to be the first one to fill up your card!

Papa missed the photo shoot. He was home sleeping off some tummy medicine, but it sounded like it was a pretty wild ride!

Temporary Art

Not all art is meant to last forever. The joy is in the creating! Yesterday we did chalk art on the slate by the creek. Tonight's rain will wash it away as the slate goes under water.

it is 3:44 am i've been awake for an hour. Gibson, Haven and Elam come today... too excited to sleep!!

i can't believe it's a sunday morning and i'm not at church. my tummy has hurt for a few days and i run a fever in the evenings and pepto keeps me out of the bathroom, but grani says i'm contageous and shouldn't be around people. but while sitting here i found the cd of hannah's trip to the photographer for her one year old birthday. look at these great pictures!

Hannah Stays the Night

This makes two weeks in a row. Momma always said she wouldn't leave her with anyone... Hahahaha. That was before chasing a toddler around all of the time. Last weekend she needed to get ready for Hannah's first birthday party. That's when we found out that Hannah is allergic to eggs. This week is the Youth Evangelism Conference and Mommy and Daddy are with their youth group. So Grani and Papa have had some fun time with Hannah. Right now she is carrying the mail around reading it out loud.

Hannah was asleep when Grani and Papa got to her house. We didn't mean to wake her, but I accidentally bumped her bed and when Grani said, "are you in her room?" she woke up. I guess Grani talks too loudly.
