Happy New Year!

Just before we counted down the new year (no one has to know it was actually 10:12) we took some pictures of the three grandbabies together. Mommy had thought how cute it would be for the three of them to be on their tummies. Well, it was very cute, but I don't think it was exactly what we had pictured.

Christmas and Birthday and Chuck-e-cheese pictures will be up another day.

Blogging in Oklahoma

Well... it ends up, when the grandbabies are awake they demand a great deal of attention - like ALL OF IT. and if the computer gets opened up then they assume you are wanting to play a game with them. for instance, even as I type they are wanting me to open up "the ball game." so... if I get any time to the computer late tonight I might be able to put a picture up, but if not, it could be a long time because when we get to Tulsa - tomorrow - granddad has gasp dial up!

Here is one picture that reminds me of Oklahoma the most.

Hannah and Baylee

Baylee is old and grumpy, but he knows not to bite Hannah. Here they are playing together - sorta.

Christmas with Hannah

We had a wonderful time with Hannah and her mom and dad on Christmas day. Here are a few pictures. I'll put more up later.

Decembers are too busy to blog. So to see the latest on my beautiful grandbabies you'll need to check out their mommas' sites. You'll see beautiful yet wild hair, the cutest shepherd that ever ever was, a little girl all grown up in her big girl dress and a baby boy that is rolling over all by himself (and surviving the attention of his sister). I'll get some of my own pictures in the next few days that I will share here.

I don't have pictures, but yesterday was the official "Hannah is walking" day! Her mommy said that she was standing up in the middle of the room so she said, "come to mommy" and Hannah took two steps! How fun is that? So Grani and Papa had to see for themselves. We went over to her house last night and saw her take many steps - usually four at a time! Her mommy really wanted her to walk before she turned 10 months old. (She'll be sorry!) :) I'll try to get a picture of her to add to this.
On another grandbaby milestone event, it is reported on Haley's blog that Elam is now rolling over. I hope we get to see that later this month.

Thanksgiving.

We had a great Thanksgiving lunch with family and friends. Christy, Daniel and Hannah, Grandpa and Grandma, Roger, Jayme, Jonathan, Allyssa, Kari, Allyssa's beau - Graham, Jonathan's fiance - Mindy, her mom and dad (Debbie and Will), Randall, Emily and Isaac, The Simmermans; David, LeAnn, Alex, Olivia, Joshua and Lucas, and The Beerleys; Jay, Christi and Andrew all joined Grani and Papa for lunch. Lunch was fixed by Cracker Barrell. I somehow missed Andrew Beerley in the picture taking.
We had a wonderful time palying games and watching football all day.

I just saw how long it has been since I have put anything on my blog.

Here are a couple of pictures from Grani's trip to OKC in October.

I'm adding a new link to my new on-line store. I have stained-glass windows for sale and will soon have some paintings on line. www.bearhollowcreations.etsy.com

There is much to blog about. We are staying very busy and having a non-stop adventure with Gibson, Haven, Hannah, Christy and Daniel spending the week with us. Tonight I'll just put up some pictures of the day the adventure began. Here we are traveling. Gibson is checking the map to see how far we have left to drive. the up close pictures below were taken at Oma's house. I'll post more pictures tomorrow... maybe.

Hannah wants to walk!

Christy mentioned that she may just skip crawling and go straight to walking. I think she may be right. Here she is walking at Grani and Papa's house. Posted by Picasa

Hannah came to visit last week. We looked at the creek up close, picked up some books out of her mailbox, and played with lots of fun toys. Posted by Picasa

Papa and the Grandbabies

Haven said, "where's Papa?" so I thought she might like to see some pictures of Papa. Posted by Picasa

The Middle Child

Grani pointed out that the middle child never gets her own time. The poor middle child always has the older child in her pictures ('cause he's always been there) and then is overshadowed by the new cousin and the new brother.

So this is Papa's tribute to this lovely - and very photogenic - middle grandbaby who is so beautiful and full of fun and life and - by the way - is the only grandchild who will talk on the phone to Papa. Yeah Haven. I love you!

WHITE CHRISTMAS

I was posting posting on my choir's blog - getting them ready for Christmas - and I ran across these pictures of Papa and Gibson. We had a "White Christmas" in 2003. It was gorgeous. You can see more pictures of it if you click on the Inchoirer link.
